Getting folks into ownership housing is easier than we think if we organize and cooperate. I will belabor the accessibility of avenues to housing. Cohousing, coliving, and many other forms of high-functioning neighborhoods have gotten off to a great start and will be a big part of the future of affordable and successful neighborhoods.
